Play Time! NUNSENSE II: The second coming

  • Feb 16, 2014 · 4:45 PM

One of the best plays I have ever seen was Nunsense. So here is the sequel with all the original nuns from the first one.
The original Nunsense Play begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters with her tainted vichyssoise, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. The sisters decide that the best way to raise the money is to put on a musical variety show.

NUNSENSE II: The Second Coming could easily be subtitled "the rest of the story". The sequel to the international hit musical NUNSENSE takes place approximately six weeks after the first "benefit performance". The same five nuns are back on stage at Mt. Saint Helen's School for what is billed as a "Thank you Program" for their supporters.

So, join Sister Amnesia and the rest of the Nuns of Nunsense II for an evening of hysterical laughter.

To reserve your space, call the theater[masked] and let them know you are with the boomer group. Tickets are $17/13 seniors. They will not be answering the phone, so be sure to leave a message. This will be a sell out show!

Tickets will be held till Feb 10th.  So make sure you pay for them by then, otherwise they get released to the public.

Long story, but I just bought my ticket last night and it turns out there are still a couple of tickets left in the Boomer seats if anyone is interested.

There are still seats available for this performance. You can simply reserve your seat on line through the theater's website.

Still waiting for call call back to purchase a ticket. Is there any other way to purchase a ticket, other than waiting for them to call.

I left two messages, but finally received a call. Worth waiting for to get into the Boomer section. Good luck.

The woman called me back a number of days later on New Year's Day. I think if you want one of the group tickets a little patience is involved. Sigh.

I hope to clarify any confusion about getting tickets. If you want to sit in the reserved section for the boomers, you have to call in and get your seats that way.
If you want to book on line and pick your own seats which will be different from the reserved ones ,then you can do that, but just let us know this is what you did and we can adjust the sign up for the reserved seats. We have a block of 5 seats each in the first and second rows in the comedy section.
