Tapping is also known as EFT. It is an emotional releasing technique. By tapping on certain accupresser points and also meridian points a person can release pent up emotions or even unknown thoughts about an issue. It is painless and effective. It can be used to try to understand why we want something and are not getting it. It can take as little as five minutes or as long as half an hour. Tapping can be used for anything and anywhere. No fancy or expensive equipment needed. After instruction is given, it can be used by anyone. It is great for releasing frustration.
I gave a tapping lesson about four years ago to a large group of meet-up boomers. Since there are so many new members it is time to do another tapping session.
