Happy Hour at Garage Public House

At first glance the Garage looked like any other filling station of its time, but in actuality it was a manufacturing and distribution facility of moonshine. After workin hours and on weekends the Garage became a popular hangout for people "in the know" to socialize and enjoy drinks. By the mid 1920's there were a network of Garages set up across the US and business was a boomin.

Fast forward to today and not much has changed. The Garage is still the place for people "in the know" to socialize, eat, and enjoy a drink with friends. So I hope you enjoyed the story and more importantly please enjoy the time you spend with the Ahwatukee Singles/ Social Club at the Garage as many have before you.

So sorry, I had a dentist appointment that took longer than expected. Couldn't figure out how to change my RSVP on my smart phone. Won't happen again :)

I may stop by later after 9 once the zydeco dancing winds down but I'll confess I don't have much country in me.
