Spurs Saloon is the latest restaurant to take over the former Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant building on Alma School Road between Elliot and Warner roads in Chandler. the 8,000-square-foot location
Specialty burgers include a Blazing Saddles Burger with pulled pork, bacon, and chipotle BBQ sauce ($9) and a Sonoran Burger with queso, jalapenos, and green chile ($9). Both include a side.
Sandwiches include a Pulled Pork Sand Man topped with cole slaw and onion straws ($9) and The Dip, shaved ribeye with sauteed red onions, mushrooms, and Swiss ($10).
There are five kinds of tacos ($8 with three tortillas, chips, and salsa). The most expensive item on the menu is an 8-ounce sirloin steak with two sides and jalapeno corn bread for $13).

Spurs Saloon opens at noon weekdays and 11 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, and the kitchen serves food until midnight. Happy hour, which runs 3-7 p.m. daily, includes 50% off appetizers and 34-ounce beers for $3.50.
