Mala Mana at Pueblo Harvest Cafe

Mala Man˜a is a large, all-female band (led by Allyson of Wagogo) playing Afro/Columbian beat music, really fun to dance to. Anybody is welcome to join me on the floor - I don't tend to wait for an invitation, but just get up when the music moves me. If you are new to Boomers, do try to come between 5 and 6 so we can chat & get to know one another. I'll grab a table at 5 close to the dance area; music goes from 6-9pm. Parking is easiest on the north side of the venue, which is just north of I40 on 12th St. $7 admission includes all-you-can-eat horno pizza buffet, but you can also order off their delicious menu. Full bar.

Something's come up... See you next time. Great band if you haven't heard them.

Sorry, don't think I will make both events...so I will say no, but then again, it's possible.

I'll try to get over by 6:00 or so; I've heard the group before and they are really great! Great rhythms for dancing.

I too, like Paula, will pop over after the Jazz fest at St. Clair's...fortunately the two venues aren't that far apart. See ya there Marcy and all...

I am going to the jazz fest earlier and then hope to make IPCC after that. If not, so sorry.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
