I don't understand how your group works. You have tons of proposed trip itineraries listed, but no locations for the meet-up and rarely anyone confirmed to attend. Are your meet-ups intended to be get-togethers to talk about trips people are interested in taking together? Or are you a travel agent hoping to see who's interested in particular destinations? I'm a single traveler that's hoping to meet potential travel companions, but I can't tell if your group will facilitate that.

I am planning a Yoga retreat in December in Costa Rica, maybe we could join up to get the numbers up!
