This is a great costume prop for any dress-up party or future premier....

what to bring: All materials for building a white bow will be supplied, but if you would like a coloured bow - you need to bring your choice of spray paint.

type of class: Introduction

skill required: 1

your chalklers will be:
Lee Bennett and Steven Almond

After leaving the British Navy, Lee Bennett created special effects with Weta Workshop, single handedly subdivided his property, renovated a boat, became a commercial pilot, built a plane in his conservatory, and built WW1 vehicles and planes (in a proper factory this time).

Lee Bennett is one of the founders of Wellington MakerSpace, the first floor space at 6 Vivian St they’ve outfitted provides a workshop on steroids. It is specifically provided for those looking to make one-offs, prototypes and sellable items from plastic, metal and wood – but who don’t have either their own facility nor the scope or scale to necessarily approach larger scale engineers or fabricators.

Steven is part of the team at The Wellington Makerspace, his background is in industrial design and public art, completing projects both large and small over the last 8 years in the UK, assisting in the design of playgrounds, play equipment, lighting, furniture, innovative new products, public sculptures, and... a mobile planetarium. Steven has also launched several of his own products (prototyped in his shed at home) and was commissioned to create the iconic interactive sculpture for the new Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
