    Thanks again. The class expanded my understanding of the ways different people use meditation. For me it clearified that meditation can be done many different ways, they all bring relaxation and clearity, no ones right or wrong, and I can choose what suits me - food for my journey. Sorry I didn't get the time in the begining. 1.30 hours was never enough but it was all good. A good sincere teacher. Colin

    Very good experiential introduction to 13 different types of mediation. Christine was a very approachable and encouraging tour guide. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the original time booked was not long enough to cover all of the material. We did go over time by quite a lot, although I can't say how long because I didn't have a watch, but Christine noted this herself. I didn't mind staying, but just think a longer time should have been scheduled (at least 2 hours, maybe even up to 2.5).
