life skills: communication matters - public speaking: fighting the fear

Communication_matters_-___public_speaking____fighting_the_fear

what we are doing

Jerry Seinfeld once made the observation that:

“According to most studies, people's number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. Does that sound right? This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you're better off in the casket than doing the eulogy!"

In this class we will discuss the effects of glossophobia and provide you with some tools and techniques to overcome these...

what you will learn

Learn how to make your butterflies fly in formation and reduce anxiety in public speaking situations

This is the first of a weekly series of public speaking classes. Watch out for the others as they are announced!
