This class will teach practical and safe principles of implementating of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to include in your existing routine whether you jog, cycle, swim, or walk. The class also includes simple and safe strategies at home if you have no routine.

Sam Shay is a Wellness Coach, Functional Neurologist, Chiropractor, and Acupuncturist who has studied health and science for 15 years. Exercise has been a large part of his life, everything from growing up outside Boston watching the Boston Marathon run by up his street, to being injured during exercise, to discovering HIIT to treating patients who have tried multiple styles of exercise to treating patients who had no exercise.
Sam says, "One of the main reasons my grandfather a famous medical doctor in Philadelphia died was from lack of exercise. I have also lost a family friend, a marathoner, to a tragic heart attack. I've also witnessed members of my own family and also my patient base lose weight and improve their body shape by making simple changes in their exercise routine."

- after 7pm the night before = no refund and a "no show" will be recorded
