An overview of the differences between walking, jogging, and sprinting. This class will teach practical and safe principles of implementating of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to include in your existing routine whether you jog, cycle, swim, or walk. The class also includes simple and safe strategies at home if you have no routine.

- Learn the exact reasons why walking and sprinting is superior HORMONALLY to jogging. 
- Learn why marathon runners look like cancer patients. 
- Learn the history of the faulty research behind zone cardio exercise. Learn why zone cardio research is as flawed as psychology research for the exact same reasons.

Sam Shay is a Wellness Coach, Functional Neurologist, Chiropractor, and Acupuncturist who has studied health and science for 15 years. Exercise has been a large part of his life, everything from growing up outside Boston watching the Boston Marathon run by up his street, to being injured during exercise, to discovering HIIT to treating patients who have tried multiple styles of exercise to treating patients who had no exercise.

Sam says, "One of the main reasons my grandfather a famous medical doctor in Philadelphia died was from lack of exercise. I have also lost a family friend, a marathoner, to a tragic heart attack. I've also witnessed members of my own family and also my patient base lose weight and improve their body shape by making simple changes in their exercise routine."

Sam presented on this topic recently at the Australasian Integrative Medical Association (AIMA) annual conference in Auckland on this topic.

This expanded class will go much more in depth on practical implementation for each participant.
