what we are doing

Pranayama - that is breathing techniques to help widen the basis for good health, both physical and mental.

Yoga nidra - that is deep relaxation with body awareness, breath awareness and creative visualisation (also called conscious dreaming).

what you will learn

It is intended that the participants learn breathing techniques to manage their health better, and potentially manage pain the drug free way. Breathing techniques taught the yogic way also induce deep states of calm and relaxation. They help us stay grounded, aware and focussed.

about chalkle°

Chalkle° enables learning for communities in real life. I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
