what we are doing
Its an exciting time of year to get into local food! We will begin with a brief run down of what's most in season in December, like the first of delicious summer produce!
We will go for a tour around Hill St Market, looking at the delicious vegetables and fruits on offer from the vendors and discuss how to turn them into delicious meals. We will end with a look at some recipes and a discussion about local and seasonal food, while enjoying a snack made from local ingredients!
