Let's go to the Lemp Mansion and participate in The Lemp Experience - a haunted tour through Lemp Mansion!
Rules:
1. Don't be an a-priori skeptic.
2. Be nice to the people giving the tour. We will get more interesting information out of them if we don't scoff!
The Lemp experience is a tour put on by the group Supernatural Investigations.
The price is $25 and can be paid at the door. Price includes:
Soft Drink or cocktail
Appetizers
The use of an infrared camera to record your journey through the darkened mansion.

The very idea one has to pay for this sort of sham is disgusting enough. I will bring my own camera and see what I can find, which should be nothing.

OK, it was kinda' fun. Could probably go upstairs and visit the rooms any time if you have dinner there. And I'm sure it would be more spooky if one wasn't constantly rubbing shoulders with a dozen others.
I found the indoor aviary room (downstairs; part of the restaurant) most creepy, due to the dark painted outdoor scene. Nice; a most interesting experience. The gift shop was *not* unusually cold this time. I guess that only happens in the fall and winter (no heat there).

ThomasThe whole thing was "hosted" by a local group called Supernatural Investigations. I am not sure if they really believe the deal or if they are playing the game but they seem to think there are ghost there
