Independent Investigation Group - San Francisco Bay Area

  • February 24, 2013 · 2:00 PM

The Independent Investigation Group was founded by Jim Underdown in Los Angeles about 10 years ago.  We have formed an affiliate in the Bay area.  The group administers a $50,000 challenge similar to Randi's million dollar challenge and backed by the Committee  for Skeptical Inquiry.  It is currently building up infra structure for this purpose.

It meets regularly on the 4th Sunday of every month at 2 pm.  There is a google group for internal discussion.  If you would like to join the google group your can go to!forum/iig-sf and apply for membership or send email to jerry at

You are urged to check out the websites linked to above before attending a meeting.

This is your chance to become an skeptical activist.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
