Independent Investigation Group - San Francisco Bay Area

  • April 27, 2014 · 2:30 PM

The Independent Investigation Group was founded by Jim Underdown in Los Angeles about 10 years ago.  We have formed an affiliate in the Bay area.  The group administers a $100,000 challenge similar to Randi's million dollar challenge and backed by the Committee  for Skeptical Inquiry.

It meets regularly in the afternoon of the 4th Sunday of every month.  There is a google group for internal discussion where details of time an place are announce.  If you would like to join the google group your can go to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/iig-sf and apply for membership or send email to jerry at acm.org

You are urged to check out the websites linked to above before attending a meeting.

This is your chance to become a skeptical activist.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
