Thanksgiving for Snow Celebration.

Hey All! These Meetups are going well. Think of them as an Apres Ski Party without having to change out of your ski boots. Come on by and have a beverage, enjoy some snacks, talk skiing and then stick around for a Warren Miller ski flick in the theater at no cost. This Meetup will be the last prior to us heading out to Utah in a couple weeks. We have a member (male) looking for a roomate to share the lodging costs with. We can also talk about heading out for another trip after the first of the year and in the Spring as well. So wind up your Thanksgiving Weekend by coming on over and getting acquainted with other people that love the sport as much as you do.

Hope to see you there!
Happy Thanksgiving!!

This section of First St. is one way heading West back towards the Downtown area, so you have to access it by way of Palm Beach Blvd. It's kind of in a loop with Second St. and Seaboard St. Follow the Mapquest map link below for an idea of where it's at. Palm Beach Blvd turns right into First St. heading West. The Condo Towers are on your right as soon as you cross the little bridge over Billy Creek. When you turn in, go straight up the hill past the abstract art sculpture to the open air parking level on the right past the fountain at the top. Try and park in a spot marked "Guest". If you show up later than 6:30pm, we may already be in the Theater, call me at[masked] and I'll buzz you in.

Even though it appeared from lack of attendance, that most people were too worn out from Thanksgiving to attend, those of us that did had some great food, drinks and conversation. Showed the movie Steep, which was really moving. Next up...Christmas Party!

Meetup has allowed me to meet people I wouldn't have met naturally - they're totally different than me.
