What year did you first learn to ski or snowboard ?

Wintergreen Va. via the GLM.

Favorite Resort? Next planned Ski Trip?

Snowbird. I like the tram. I just got back from Steamboat. My second trip there. "I like it there(here)" - very unpretentious. My next (un)planned trip is why I'm here. Where should we go?

a. What brand/model (ski or board) are you currently riding? b. What were your very first skis/board?

I have a pair of Nordica HotRod boots. Can't see owning skis living here in Fla. My first pair of new slats were K2 244 Mids - 170cm back in about 1980.

Skill Level? (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Ski Patroller)

Not too bad for growing up in the south.

What was your most epic ski experience? Include for example: the year, location, conditions,

The time I was arrested (but not caught) by the Ski Patrol for skiing OB at ParkWest(Canyons), Utah. I didn't know it was OB. That became the last run of the day.

I Learned to ski when I was about 10. I later took three semesters of skiing in college. I also worked in a ski shop for a period during my college days. Living in Fla. I now get excited when I see the magic carpet at Bob Jackson's in Clearwater.
