In the event of bad weather before leaving your place of work or home if the payment is wet or there are puddles then the event is off for the night.  If the prediction is for rain and you want to hone your decision then check the following:

http://www.usatoday.com/weather/default.htm - plug in zip code 19426 which is close enough, they also have an hourly link. http://radar.weather.gov/ - click on the Philly dot - the storms flow from west to east so if you see something west of us it is likely a storm is coming.

Send an email to [masked] if you would like to be on a distribution list to whom last minute updates regarding the event are sent if necessary.
