Darius, thanks so much for the quick reply. I think I should be fine with 4 miles as long as it is easy. I just do not think I am ready for Boulder Alley where you have to climb up and down steep rocky cliffs.

Darius is this considered an easy hike/walk that you are hosting on March 26th (West Palisades 3340 Cobb Parkway Marietta, GA )? I have not hiked in over 1 1/2 years due to a bad auto accident. i used to hike the Rocky Mts and AT before the accident. But since the accident I have been a couch potato. But, one has to start somewhere. The timberland boots cannot continue to collect dust nor my botany classes go to waste. Thanks.
