Agile Development Iteration Planning with Randall Autry

Iterations are the heartbeat of the agile team, the mechanism through which work gets completed and delivered. In this session, we will review key elements of efficient iteration planning, and practice what we learn.

We've had to push the meeting date back by a week because there is construction going on at the MasterControl offices.

Was there a slide/ppt that might be available?

I got some good information on how to approach iteration planning. I like the idea of using shirt sizes as units of measurement instead of hours for big projects.

Interesting to hear and informative. The lego activity was fun. It is interesting to see how the members of the group interacted as we were trying to implement an iterative agile development plan using story points. I have never done that before.

Great presentation! Gave me a much better understanding of how to approach iteration meetings, and what I should be getting out of them. I also liked learning about replacing iterations with kanban use.
