I know it has been a while since I've written to everyone and my commitment in the unit of time is that I will be writing you at least once a week.
I am a recovering procrastinator in the area of writing
My simple message for you today is to smile ..... any time you catch yourself checking out, not being present, being lost in your mind I want to put your hand on your heart and it centered in your body, take one deep breath all the way in and all the way out and then say release.
Next, think about something that you grateful for, someone you love, someone who loves you and put a smile on your face .... yes a dopey smile.
You can change everything in your world and I do mean everything by learning to control your physical body ...... if you would like to learn more about how the physical body is connected to all of our neuronal pathways please let me know by replying to this message.
