Napoleon Hill of "Think and Grow Rich" fame talked about mastermind groups in this book. A mastermind group is "the coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people who work toward a definite purpose in the spirit of harmony".

What I want to accomplish with this group is for small and home-based business owners to get together and share ideas, challenges and other aspects of their business.

Let's share feedback, help brainstorm ideas, and create a community of business owners who work together to help each other achieve their goals.
