Hello everyone,

Thank you, Kris, for sending the information about flea season.

I give my silki terrier Trifexis which prevents from fleas and heartworm at the same time. What do you think about this preventative? Have any of you give it to your furry friends?

It is definitely pricey! But I seem to like it more then Advantage. My little silky got fleas anyways when I was using Advantage on him. This is the reason why I switched him to Trifexis.

I use Sentinel as a heart worm preventative (5 years) and it is also a flea preventative. It seems to work pretty well and is not very costly. Check out this article on the comparison between Sentinel and Trifexis:
