Returned runner, previous experience was 5K & 10K runs and couple of half marathons. Want to focus on running more half-marathons and get into a consistant training including uphills.
Used to run years ago and stopped due to busy schedule. Forgot how good and relaxed the body and mind feel after a run. Have been a part of the Laguna Hills Snails Pace Running Club for few weeks now and enjoy the group and the runs so much!!!
