Decided I had to get back into shape 3 1/2 years ago and have lost 35 pounds since. Started out walking a few miles a day and now running a few miles a day. I've done my first Long Beach Marathon on 10/12 and next scheduled marathon is in 10/13.
I've been running for about 3 1/2 years now and have been loving every mile of it.
