Society for New Communications Research Meetup - 7/19

As marketers continue to grok the importance and impact of online conversations on brands, they're increasingly looking at new tools, new platforms that will help augment and extend the way they tell their stories via the web. Corporate blogs, branded social networks and other new media platforms are proving their worth and return with many companies, but knowing which tool(s) to use in your marketing program is only part of the equation -- knowing what it takes to successfully *create and build* a platform for conversation is the other, and it's a part where many markters get stuck.
