Introduction

I've been snowboarding for a few years now and am comfortable on reds and some blacks. Did a week of skiing in the dim and distant past.

Please tell us something about yourself, level of ski /board etc, some backround, so that people can find out a little about you. This will help members find people they want to go on trips with.

Been snowboarding for a few years but just a week or two per season. I can go a good pace and carve hard but also enjoy just cruising while enjoying the scenery. I'm on my second board now and want to improve the technical skills so this one's smaller and a twin tip. Trying to 'butter' but not finding it easy and still can't ride switch! Did a week of skiing in the dim and distant past and enjoyed the speed but I prefer snowboarding. I find the thing that holds you back most is physical fitness, especially endurance of the quad muscles! Not a party animal but up for a few drinks and meeting new people.
