Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction class

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970s and is based on Mindfulness Meditation. It has been successfully used for more than 30 years within hospitals, workplaces, and communities to help people who suffer from stress, chronic illness or pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, and a broad range of other issues. 

The program is highly respected within the medical community, and is offered as a complement to more traditional medical and psychological treatments. Our course consists of eight weekly two-and-a-half hour classes and a one-day retreat (on a weekend), and includes: guided instructions in Mindfulness Meditation, group dialogue and 'Mindful Communication', gentle stretching and Mindfulness Yoga, and home practice materials. 

The regular cost for the eight-week class is $600.00, but Snow Buddha Yoga members will receive a one-time introductory discount of 60%, which brings the total cost to only $240.00!!
