The theme for this Friday's class is "Flowing with the Rhythm of Life". We will be developing our flexibility in responding to the changes happening in our lives.
Heraclitus, the Greek Philosopher, was known for his doctrine of change being central to the universe: "The only constant is change - all things are flowing". So let's learn to welcome end enjoy it! :)

Looking forward to seeing you all there. We had a good turnout of 15 people last time, despite the terrible downpour!
