This is my last Biodanza class before Christmas, so if you've been to any of my classes this year, you're very welcome to come along and we'll explore the theme of "Christmas Presence" together.

Christmas can be a wonderful time for relaxing, meeting old friends and celebrating together, but can also at times be stressful for some with the pressure to have 'the perfect Christmas', causing tensions to arise in our relationships.

In this class we will explore through dances having a more balanced perspective, remaining centered and maintaining positive loving relationships with others. So that even if drama does arise - in ourselves or others - we don't lose ourselves in it or confuse the behaviour we observe with the person.

Please arrive on time at the Olive Tree Studio, 15 Grantham St, to register at 7:30pm, so the class can start at 7:45pm.
€15 for the class, €10 for unwaged.
