The Butlers Chocolate Experience is located in Clonshaugh Business Park, just 6 Km from Dublin city centre and close to the M50/M1 junction. What are the opening hours for the Butlers Chocolate Experience?
The Butlers Chocolate Experience is open Monday to Saturday for tours which run three times daily, subject to availability. Please note that production in the factory does not take place on a Saturday.

Unfortunately not, you must book in advance to visit the Butlers Chocolate Experience. However, you can drop in to the onsite Butlers Chocolate Café any time during opening hours.

How long does a tour take at the Butlers Chocolate Experience?
The Ultimate Chocolate Experience takes about 1.5 hours, the World of Chocolate tour is approximately 1 hour long and the cooking classes last for around 2.5 hours.
Is there a cancellation charge?
All online bookings for the Butlers Chocolate Experience are non-refundable. If you book directly with us by phone, bookings can be amended or cancelled without charge up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. Any bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance must be paid in full.

I am allergic to milk/nuts; can I visit the Butlers Chocolate Experience?
There are nuts, milk, and soya products in our factory. We advise that anyone with allergies to these products not to eat our chocolates. Peanuts are strictly prohibited in the building. We confirm also that gluten is present on site.
