Hi everyone, I'm Michael Matuzak and I'm going to start helping out Brandon with organizing Socal.js events. I thought we could regroup this month with a beer.js and we can discuss some plans we have for the year and nerd out over js.

I guess some people had trouble finding where we were. The group was in the outside patio area. It was much quieter. I think most people found us, but next time I will be clear about where we are. That was my first time there, so I didn't know what to expect.
I got there late due to buses being late. I was unable to find whatever group was supposed to be there. Moreover, the place was so noisy that it wasn't worth trying, and I left. The "Wurst" possible place to hold a meetup is in a bar with a disco DJ playing and people yelling and screaming over their beers and sausages. If the meeting is typical of this group, I will probably drop the group.
Where is everyone sitting?

UseAllFive.com is looking for a few JS Devs for a couple of projects we have coming up, so if your looking for work keep an eye out for myself, Jason Farrell, and Levi Brooks
Hey everybody, I'm double booked for tonight unfortunately, so even though I helped organize this event, I can't show up! There will be 2-3 of my coworkers from Miso Media to show up in place of me, so if you see them please say hello!
Hi Min, the meetup this Thursday is an informal get together where we all gather at one place and get some drinks and maybe some food. There won't be any speakers. The next one will have some speakers, but the details aren't worked out yet. Stay tuned.

Hi i recently signed up for the group and wondering what to expect from this meeting.
Ooh good idea. I think I will definitely try to make it and perhaps bring a couple of others from work. Thanks for keeping this group going. We need representation in the LA area!
