"Pirate Radio" 11/13 at Arclight Hollywood

Arrrrrr... is for "RADIO!" Join Jennifer November 13th at Arclight Hollywood for a screening of PIRATE RADIO, the latest offering from Working Title (Dist. by Focus Features). The Tag Lines say it all: • 1 Boat. 8 DJs. No Morals. • They rocked. They rolled. Then they sank. • On air. Off shore. Out of control. SYNOPSIS: Originally called "The Boat that Rocked" (and several other quirky names), PIRATE RADIO is an ensemble comedy in which the romance takes place between the young people of the '60s and pop music. It's about a band of rogue DJs that captivated Britain, playing the music that defined a generation and standing up to a government that, incomprehensibly, preferred jazz. The Count, a big, brash, American god of the airwaves; Quentin, the boss of Radio Rock -- a pirate radio station in the middle of the North Sea that's populated by an eclectic crew of rock and roll DJs; Gavin, the greatest DJ in Britain who has just returned from his drug tour of America to reclaim his rightful position; Dave, an ironic, intelligent and cruelly funny co-broadcaster; and a fearsome British government official out for blood against the drug takers and lawbreakers of a once-great nation. I had to get my car towed from work (Monrovia) to Acura dealer (Glendale) after work on Friday. Needless to say, I was immoble and without transportation to join you for the movie. I hope it was terrific!

I loved this movie. The music was rockin' and it brought me right back to being a disc jockey in those days. It was insane. I could remember what album, what side, what cut......

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
