PyCon Practice Talks and more

MIghty Pythonistas,

Pycon, the time of great fun and rejoicing is here. To prepare, I invite all of you from LA area who are giving talks to come and practice. And the rest of us will get a sneak peak. You can help the presenters shape that talk.

Just a heads up. There is free (around 20 spaces) parking at but it is gated. Some will be in front of the gate before 7pm with a sign to let you folks.If you show up after 7pm

The Santa Monica Library is right across the street and it has a reasonable (for Santa Monica) rates (first 2 1/2 hours is $2). See here:

DO NOT PARK in the parking lot on the side of the building, it is monthly only and they will TOW.

Entrance Instructions:

If you were let into the parking lot, please proceed to the elevator and go to floor 3, the suite is 310. There will be signs.

If you are entering from the outside, please use the intercom. Press big red button, dial 310 and we will buzz you in. proceed to the elevator and go to floor 3, the suite is 310. There will be signs.


We will be catering Mexican food from delicious Baja Fresh. There will be sodas and beer.
