I'm looking to partner with?a solid web programmer/architect to build a web 2.0 product.?
What: The goal, put simply, is to build an awesome web product, raise VC/angel money, probably move to the silicon valley and ...you've heard the story
The idea: Can't give away too much in a public forum, but this will be a web 2.0 based B2C product
Me:?I am experienced in product management, sales and marketing, fund-raising and am a former techie myself. I've been with numerous startups in the past, but this would be my?first as a founder. I'm very entrepreneurial, excited about new tech paradigms and business opportunities therein. I have an MBA, masters in IT and a bachelors degree in?computer science and about 10 years of cross-functional tech and business experience.
You: A seasoned web architect/developer, that can design and implement, as well as conceptualize new functionalities/use cases. Be willing to work part-time until we have enough proof-of-concept to raise capital, go to market and expand the operation. Preferably be local to the DC area, so we can actively work together.?Most importantly, have an unyielding urge to succeed.
Timeframe: Due to the dynamic nature of the industry and how fast new businesses mushroom online, time to market is critical. I'd like to be able to release a beta or version 1.0 ?of the product to market 3-4 months from now (definitely before the end of June). Therefore, we'll have to be committed and really want to do this.
Interested? Let's talk! Drop me a line.
