The events are arranged mainly weekends to allow people to get involved after a busy working week.
Please note members are required to make a payment of a four pounds administration fee by pay pal before rsvp yes to attend an event. The papal facility is secure and easy to use. If you don’t have a pay pal account you can attend the event and pay on the night. We only ask that if you do sign up for an event and cannot make it on the night, a message is sent to the organiser.
Finally, the orgainsers reserve the right to remove any members who rsvp yes continuously but do not attend an event or fail to inform the organiser they cannot make the event. If you cannot commit to attend an event then please rsvp maybe since you will not be automatically counted in the numbers when we arrange the night out to reserve seating for the group.
