Guest Speaker: Matt Ceniceros

Matt Ceniceros will speak on social media activities at FedEx. He will talk about demystifying and socializing social media within an organization, while sharing some lessons learned.

Bio:
Matt has over 7 years of public relations experience and has worked in both agency and corporate practices. He’s currently a member of the media relations team managing the corporation’s reputation by supporting innovation at FedEx. In this role, he supports IT, electronic communications, customer service and innovation groups at FedEx.

He worked with Apple in school and had a change of religion after graduating by working 3 years at Dell doing product PR and before leaving for FedEx helped start Dell’s OnetoOne Blog.

Matt serves as resident geek on the communications team and works to help incorporate wikis, Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools into the daily organization interaction.
