The Spirit of the Expedition is alive and well with this hearty group. Had a few new folks, and drop-ins. Lindsey Coats from Arts Memphis did an outstanding job of presenting what's going on at ArtsMemphis from a social perspective. Breakout conversations included LinkedIn101, Blogging101, and Blog Design.

Lindsey provided a wonderful presentation on Arts Memphis and how the organization has used social media in many areas, such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. I was also impressed with the IPhone Application. I have a Blackberry at this time and I hope that it provides an Application of that kind in the future. I was also thrilled to be the winner of the Arts Memphis gift bag. Thanks again Lindsey. I attended the Word Press Design break-out session. Learning the ins & outs, plug-ins & themes were some of the things that were discussed. Joe, Beth and Matthew were very knowledgeable. I appreciate the great information that was provided and hope to utilize it very soon. Again, I have to give Hi 5's to Dave Barger for his vision and commitment to education the community in the ever changing world of technology.

Presentation by Lindsey Coates from Arts Memphis was well done, informative, and engaging. It is wonderfully notable that the I-Phone app for Arts Memphis is unique in the national arts community and may even be saleable to other organizations and in that way further fund Arts Memphis. Core conversations (mine - Blogging 101) was very participative and a good learning environment. Thank you for another "Winning Social Expedition Breakfast!"
