Go For a Walk Around Pitsford Reservoir followed by Lunch at the Griffin

Pitsford Reservoir Walk Followed by Sunday Lunch

The weather is finally improving and I am proposing to walk around Pitsford Reservoir followed by Lunch at the Griffin in Pitsford.

Total length of the walk will be 2 hours; for those that don't want to do the walk bit they can just meet us in the Pub for Lunch/ Drink. We can shorten this if people dont want to walk all th way around.

I am proposing to start the walk at 11 Oclock at the Car Park at the Pitsford village end of the Resevoir and end back at the Griffin at 1 O Clock (There are 3 Car parks around the Resevoir make sure you get the correct one). You will need to go to the village of pitsford to fnd signposts to this car park.

I should be easy to find in the car park, but I will send out my phone number to people coming along and you can ring me if you can't find me.

The resevoir is surrounded by a hard surface cycle and walking track which makes this walk weather proof and not very muddy. Good walking shoes are still recommended.

There may now be a 2 pound fifty parking charge at Pitsford, I am not sure if it applys to all the car parks. But bring change.
