Hi Wacky Dance Party Friends!

Our first Human Canvas Party was wildly successful! We had over 100 people signed up over several Meetup groups and those that made it had a total blast! Everyone kept asking when is the next one? So here it it! The first Friday in August!

Please share this crazy event with all your single Facebook friends! :)

Be a part of the Human Canvas Project! The next generation of Paint Dancing. The Human Canvas Paint Dance is destined to become the next International rage of crazy Paint Dancing events!

Paint Dancing began in Gasworks Gallery in 2006 and now has grown to NY, LA, San Francisco, London, Vancouver, Miami, Chicago and several other cities around the world!

Here’s how the “Human Canvas” project works!

Put on a old white shirt or visit the local thrift store and buy one. Toss it on and let EVERYONE at the party use you as a Human Canvas while we dance the night away! If you are really feeling adventurous, wear some white pants, hats, gloves, shoes, accessories, you name it. Fly your freak flag and dress as silly as you like! :)

If you have a phobia about people touching you, this is probably not the right event for you :) Writing on someone's shirt is much like writing on a piece of paper. You hold the paper with one hand and you write with the other hand. So as you might imagine, both men and women are going to be touching and drawing on your clothes at this event.

People on dates are always welcome to our events, but please know that if you (or they) are the jealous type, everyone is going to be touching and writing on both of you, so you might want to rethink attending this event together :)

This is not a traditional Paint Dance. There will not be any tables or paint or brushes. Just tons of crazy people in white clothing, dancing wildly, while they draw on each other with Crayola washable magic markers.

The cost of this exciting new event is only $10 per person.

The non-toxic magic markers we use are safe and fun. They wash off your skin and hair with just soap and water. They can stain clothing, so please dress with that in mind. Imagine how cool this party will become when we turn on the black lights at the end of the evening while everyone is dancing in their freshly created white art clothes.

Crayola non-toxic magic markers are a blast to play with!

We will have a table full of non-toxic magic markers. You are welcome to bring your own box if you would like to be guaranteed a broad selection of colors. Crayola makes a dozen or so boxes of washable markers. They are available at all department stores and most large grocery or drug stores. My favorite pack is the Crayola 8 pack of Poster Markers with the chisel tip.

Please do not bring permanent magic markers or Sharpies. They are are hard to wash off  :)

This event is open to adults 21 and over. Please feel free to bring a bottle of wine or other beverages to share with everyone. We will have lots snacks available. Other theme oriented events will be released as project “Human Canvas” unfolds.

We're going to open the garage doors to bring in fresh air and expand the space!

We are thrilled to announce that the wild new evolution of Paint Dancing, will be greatly enhanced by a recently installed mega watt sound system in the studio warehouse. The speakers alone tower to nearly 7 feet! No worries on the volume, we have free ear plugsfor anyone wanting to dial down the volume. Hold onto your hat, there’s a new crazy dance club in town :)

There are several groups promoting this event. We are planning well over 100 to attend.

This wild event is guaranteed to become the photo opportunity of a lifetime! Don't worry if you can't find the right outfit in time. Just grab a white T-shirt or anything white and join-in on all the crazy fun of the Human Canvas White Shirt & Magic Marker Paint Dance!

Rock on!
