W.L.C.P. (Weight Loss Cardio Program)

Triumph Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts (TTMA) name is derived from submission of all the elements listed below.  We will drive to maintain and to exceed your expectations. Your journey towards your goal whatever it may be , has justr begun along the way your can expect to learn more than just workout.  W.L.C.P. benefits - weight loss, stamina, strength, cardiovascular fitness, enhanced muscular strength, great agility, fun through socialization.

We are offering two free cardio classes to the Cary Jaycees.  Come by for a great workout. Wear comfortable workout clothes.  It is a padded floor so we do not wear sock or shoes in class.  After the two free classes they are $5 per or you can sign up for a three month stint.

In addition, we will provide a weight measurement chart to track the progress of your weight loss.
