The Western Suburbs Friends & Singles Network

A Friends and Singles Network is being founded to facilitate the meeting of single professionals in Delaware County, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas.

Who are we??? Single, widowed, separated, divorced.

Are you looking for a new crowd, or entering the single scene again? All ages are welcome, but we are mostly over 40.

We only ask that you be interested in meeting other professional, open-minded, singles in a relaxed, respectful atmosphere, with the ultimate goal being, having a good time.

Our events include, but are not limited to, dining, movies, shopping, sports viewing, happy hours, charitable fund raisers, and anything you suggest that sounds good. Assistant organizers are always appreciated!

* Some of us are sensitive to the synthetic chemicals used in fragrances, and would very much appreciate you refraining from using perfume, after shave, heavily scented lotions, or fragranced hairspray, and even scented dryer sheets, when attending our events or the morning of our events.

I realize this may seem a peculiar request, but it is so very important that I hope you will accept it without judgement. Mutiple Chemical Sensitivity affects around 14% of the population, and the only relief from it is to avoid exposure to synthetic fragrance and other synthetic chemicals. This group offers a welcome opportunity for those with MCS, to be able to go into public places without being bombarded with fragrance.
