Cherry Blossom "New Media" Photo Walk, & Sakura Matsuri

Several members wanted to see the Cherry Blossoms together... this will be a multi-meetup gathering, including these:

location: - we will meet at the corner of 7th & D Street, SW, which is above the L'Enfant Plaza station. This station should be less busy than other ones. We will try to meet by the steps under the building shown in this "street view map" link. (you may have to click on the Street View link)

At 10:30, we'll walk over toward the Jefferson Memorial, and walk around the tidal basin. This will take until about noon, at which time we'll go to the Sakura Matsuri festival.
