This time we're again jointly scheduled with NextDC.org for a happy hour networking event.

Update - Voxant has asked to sponsor this event, and will be featuring a giveaway (bring your cards for the drawing). Offering a free service for web publishers, you can learn more about them at Voxant.com and also their site Smarter Than Your Average Blog (they mentioned that they're interested in guest bloggers on their site).

Meet and greet others interested in new media, social networking/web 2.0/video 2.0. Besides talking about our current interests & projects, suggested topics:

If you're interested in meeting and sharing ideas/discussion around the subjects of web 2.0 and online video, join up and attend the meetup.

There is no fee to attend, and the Lotus Lounge has light food including sushi, & many funky beverages available. The nearest metro stop is McPherson Square (Info/Map)

(Note - Happy Hour start times are 6:30pm, to accomodate many people's schedules and align with the opening up of much free parking in DC after 6:30pm).
