Good discussion on if a person needs to choose to identify with a culture or group to be happy. Lead into a discussion of Globalism vs the value of unique world cultures. Discussion which reflected some of the thoughts of The Clash of Civilizations by Huntington. Also reflected on the evolution of our culture to pluralism instead of being grounded in a "Judeo/Christian" framework.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
