One of TT's regular participants, Karthik, has graciously offered to host a barbecue at his house near the ocean, in Zushi. Please see his event notice below: ****************************************************** In the wishes of the organizers, Miki, Mark, and Colin, who wanted to add a layer of fun and folly to this Tokyo Talkers, I have taken this opportunity to invite you to my house for a BBQ. A chance to mingle, get to know each other with all the simple experiences all of us have to share, like our favorite vacation, first dance, first kiss, cooking mishaps, and anything else that fosters the spirit of connection. And most importantly, eat, drink, have a good time, and good conversation. Here are some logistics: It is a BBQ, so there will be meat and vegetable items to be grilled, along with some snacks and beer. What to bring: Please bring a food or liquor item of your choice that you made or bought to share. Also, my house is few blocks from the beach, so if you wish to walk out there (if it isn't raining), I recommend bringing flip flops, sunscreen, etc. Where: Karthik's house in Zushi city. Because this is a private home, I will email the address, directions, and contact details to people who RSVP yes. Therefore, please RSVP as soon as possible so that I can email the directions, etc., to you in time. RSVP by 10am on Saturday, 19 July. Train Stops: JR Yokosuka line, Zushi station; or, Keikyu Line, Shin-Zushi station. It usually takes one hour from Shibuya. When: 19 July 2008, 2pm - until we are done. ******************************************************** Thank you, Karthik, for hosting this meeting! I can't wait fun! -Miki, Mark, and Colin

Good food, good people, and then the beach; what more could one ask for? A perfect recipe.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
