Sector 67 is the place to start.  They are the hack shop here in madison I believe.  They also might know about how to take the prototype to the next level.

Some of you may be aware of the new Raspberry Pi board (http://www.raspberrypi.org/) - basically a $25 Linux computer with hardware-accelerated display capability. The Nokia Qt on Pi project is well under way to get a full Qt 5 UI framework running on the board. I've recently been invited to be a Qt on Pi mentor. Here is a link to that program: https://wiki.qt-project.org/QtonPi/Device_program

So anyway, I actually have my own idea to combine the Pi with a touch-screen and build it into a nice desktop case. I know there are some hacker-space/product design/development groups in town that I'd like to talk to about how I can take this idea and some parts to a sellable product. Anyone have any ideas on where to start?

I'll be talking about this in more detail at our meetup on the 21st but I wanted to get the ball rolling here if anyone has suggestions.

Thanks!
