We are looking to hire a key change agent to shape Dell Software's growth in the migration software solution space. You will work with multiple software development teams building scalable and robust migration software products.

Role Responsibilities
-Work with multiple scrum teams as their Scrum Master, running sprint planning, retrospectives, stand up meetings, and other scrum rituals
-Mentor and coach everyone on the team on self-organizing agile skills and behaviors
-Guide and enforce adherence to scrum practices
-Help the Product Owners and stakeholders to groom their stories backlogs to meet the team Definition of Ready
-Track and communicate sprint progress, team velocity and release progress
-Participate in scrum-of-scrum, roadmap planning, release planning and other inter-team meetings
-Work across functional teams with product management, customer-facing teams and product teams to deliver against our roadmaps, resolve conflicts and remove impediments
-Assist with internal and external communications, improve transparency and information flow
-Occasionally facilitate related events (hack-a-thons, new employee trainings, coding dojos, etc.)

Qualifications
-Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree, plus 4 years of experience; or graduate degree in Computer Science or related degree plus 2 years of experience; or 6 + years equivalent field experience
-Expert-level proficiency in scrum working with a commercial software product.
-Skilled running effective planning sessions and actionable retrospectives
-Familiarity with other lean and agile practices to intelligently compare and contrast them
-Proven record as a change agent of continuous process improvement

Preferences
-Skilled at working with agile metrics
-Experience in conducting formal agile training sessions in a corporate class setting
-Experience in software development
-Experience in Kanban or other non-scrum agile methodologies
-Experience with TFS, Atlassian or similar story/bug tracking tools
-1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or scrum Product Owner
-Experience with enterprise e-mail and directory products
-Scrum Master certificate from 16+ hours of training
-Deep understanding what it means these days for software developers to be considered professionals at their craft and know how to support them in achieving this status
