We are seeking a creative C#/C++ Software Developer enhance our world-class e-mail migration and coexistence products. If you are a sharp O-O Developer with C#/.NET and C++ skills, and you thrive on solving the challenging problems of commercial software development, and like to ship products to customers who appreciate quality, then consider this position.

Role Responsibilities

-Work with development team to write, develop and maintain high-quality components using C# and.NET technologies for the e-mail migration product line
-Interact with cross-functional product teams (Quality Assurance, Architecture, Support, etc.,) for product development efforts
-Participate in development by actively writing code, conducting unit testing, performing code reviews
-Participate in the team's ongoing transition to agile coding best practices

-5+ years strong C# programming experience
-Multi-threaded application development experience
-2-4 years strong C++ programming experience
-Hands-on experience developing .NET software on Windows platforms
-Experience in agile development methodologies, including scrum, unit testing, refactoring, test automation

-Experience with e-mail and directory servers
-SQL database design and programming experience
-PowerShell cmdlet development experience
-Experience with e-mail and directory servers
-Advanced agile development methodologies: behavior-driven development and test-driven development, refactoring with design patterns
-Experience implementing RESTful services
-Can learn complex technical materials quickly
-Have a strong grasp of troubleshooting concepts
-Work effectively and deliver results under tight deadlines
-Bachelor's Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent directly related working experience. Minimum of four to six years relevant job experience
