I'm an active member of many different social justice movements, and I think it's so important for people to work together to make this world a better place. Oh, and I'm the Spring 2010 intern!

(Your "introduction" will be visible on the homepage.) Use this space to provide links or more info: What social justice issues do you care deeply about? Do you work with any organizations or specific communities? What do you do for FUN? Thanks!

I'm a student at Northeastern University. The social justice issues that are closest to my heart are the LGBTQ rights and reproductive rights, although I have been known to lend a hand to almost any other progressive issue that comes my way.

How did you hear about Socializing for Justice? Please be specific so we know which websites, listserves or people to thank.

SoJust really is a great place to connect with both people who are involved with things similar to you and people who you never would have met otherwise.

Hi Allyssa! Thank you for posting the Boxxout Volunteer opportunity. I am fairly new to meetup and totally missed the instructions to not start a new thread. I too added the opportunity to the Bulletin Board. Feel free to delete it. Sorry about that and thank you! : 0 )
